职位描述：

销售经理
一、工作职责：
1.负责公司销售团队管理，制定产品的推广与销售计划，负责公司网络在线销售。

2.根据公司的整体规划，收集一线销售市场的信息并制定市场拓展计划。

3.认真贯彻和执行公司的销售市场管理规定，努力提高自身的销售业务、产品及团队管理的知识水平。

4.扩大销售网络，熟悉市场特点。

5.认真分析市场状况，为公司管理出谋划策。

6.按时完成总经理交办的其他工作。

7.有组织能力，会开车优先考虑。
二、任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，本科优先；
2.专业不限，园林相关专业优先考虑，适应短途出差。
3.性别不限
4.一定的抗压能力，信息收集和判断能力，较强的沟通能力、学习能力及组织协调能力，具有百折不挠、锲而不舍、勇往直前的开拓进取精神，良好的个人职业素养。
