职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
？ Ensure production activities implementation and adherence to company EHS procedure with ZERO LTA policy
？ Plan production schedule for the job implement and control the production schedule as well as review and readjust to ensure the on time delivery
？ Determine manpower demand to organize production labor resource for production capacity meet
？ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production to be the basic for continues improvement
？ Monitor quality performance and enforce in line quality control awareness to detect and correct problems
？ Work with engineering department on IE projects to improve productivity stably
？ Ensure workshop floor lean activities are developed and well maintained daily base
？ Work with internal customer to achieve continuous Cost down and reduce material scrap rate
？ Ensure the effective communication and coordination with other departments; Solve and coordinate problems or non-conforming issues occurring in production such as capacity, quality and overtime with relevant departments
？ Control department expenses such as tooling utilization, resource allocation and overtime to reduce production cost
？ Control training arrangement to relevant staff and operators to ensure qualified stuffs and operators are available and fitting to requirements
？ Responsible for production reports for evaluation, analysis, enhancement and continuous improvement, etc.
？ In Charge of production team performance management and talent development.



Requirements:
？ Bachelor or above Degree major in relevant specialties such as engineering, industrial technology, etc.
？ At least 5 years production management experience in foreign company of machining or mechanical assembly industrial; Pneumatics products or System assembly experience will be a plus
？ Good at problem solving and carrying out corrective actions to different changes and difficulties
？ Proven leadership skills
？ High sense of responsibility and can work under pressure;
？ Good oral and reading English and presentation skills; 举报 分享
