职位描述：
1、负责主持公司技术研发部日常管理工作，保证公司新产品研发指标的达成。
2、协助总经理制定研发战略规划，为重大研发决策提供建议和信息支持。
3、负责组织制定产品开发计划，领导实施新产品开发和产品技术优化。
4、合理编制技术文件，改进和规范工艺流程。
5、负责公司技术研发管理制度和流程的制定、监督、改进。
6、主持技术部例会，制定技术研发部各项工作计划。
7、及时指导、处理、协调和解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，确保生产工作的正常进行。
8、参与技术谈判和对外技术交流，以及客户投诉中的技术问题解决。
9、负责本部门员工队伍建设，提出对下属人员的调配、培训、考核意见。
10、负责协调下属员工之间、本部门与相关部门之间关系。
11、完成上级交代的其它工作任务。

任职要求
1、电子类专业本科及以上学历。
2、5年以上小家电/数码类行业技术研发设计部门管理工作经验。
3、较强的独立工作的能力，并善于带动团队工作，能在压力下工作。
4、具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力。 举报 分享
