Overview:
We are looking for an experience HR manager for a Fortune 500 Multinational Corporations Company.

General Characteristics
Develops and directs implementation and/or programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support site objectives. This must be accomplished within the framework of the organization's overall corporate policies, plans, and programs.

Responsibilities:
? Works with management to identify and plan for human resources requirements to meet short-term and long-term business needs
? Assures implementation/administration of compensation and benefits programs
? Provide Coaching and consulting to managers regarding leadership and people management
? Participates in decision making about the employment terms and conditions within the company
? Participates in collective bargaining negotiations and administers contract provisions in align with the site strategy
? Directs consultation to personnel policies and practices and ensure full compliance with HR operation
? Ensure implementation/administration of employee training and people development programs
? Facilitate HR process like performance management, merit planning and succession planning etc.
? Engage employees through WLE and other HR tools
? Implements effective safety, affirmative action, and other employee relations programs
? Identify talent issues before they affect business
? Provides immediate fixes to acute emergencies
? Develops excellent relationships with company management, site employees, and the local government officials/bureaus in necessary
? Maintains a network with other HR managers to ensure a sound understanding of the local labor market and market trends
? Project leadership - both sponsoring HR related projects as well as leading some project initiatives
? Leverage resources in global/Great China HR network to deliver result
? Perform other duties that manager may assign which relevant to the job responsibility

Competencies:
? Business acumen and finance knowledge
? Technical HR Expertise and Knowledge - a HR generalist with full spectrum of HR discipline such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, talent development, performance management, industry relationship and employee relationship etc.
? Service Orientation - A personal focus on discovering and meeting or exceeding the needs of the 'customer' and the ability to find satisfaction in meeting the needs of others (one's customers or clients, whether within the company or external customers)
? Initiative - A bias toward taking action, Initiative involves first identifying a potential opportunity, problem or obstacle, and then taking action now to take advantage of the possibilities
? Building Effective Relationships with All Stakeholders - Empathy, the ability to accurately hear and understand the thoughts, feelings, and concerns of others. Posses team work and partnership skill
? Coaching and Consulting Skill - Having the ability to help managers to think through people and organization issues, challenge the perception, and facilitate managers to make better decision
? Be passionate about business success - Understand HR's value proposition matters only when they are able to contribute to business success through attracting, engaging and retaining best people

Basic qualification required for this position:
? About 10 years working experiences as HR professionals in multinational companies, 5 years in HR leadership role
? Bachelor degree, Master preferred
