Position : Receptionist
Report to : Admin Manager
Location : Shanghai
Contract Period: 1 year
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide operator services by picking up incoming calls promptly, delivering standard greetings cheerfully, forwarding to EXTs and taking notes accurately.
2. Responsible for reception hospitality, including but not limited to receive and register external and internal visitors, guide visitors to waiting area or appropriate meeting areas, help inform internal colleagues in a timely manner, etc.
3. Manage meeting room reservations, provide meeting room set-up services and arrange meeting room cleaning.
4. Office supply & stationery purchase and stock management.
5. Update the internal contact list monthly.
6. Accountable for the tidiness of the reception area.
7. Contact property management office to maintain office facility.
8. Receive/distribute letters, parcels, EMS and courier.
9. As the service and communication window between staffs and office admin dept.
10. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College degree or above.
2. Be good at MS Office software.
3. Have warm smile and cheerful voice, college degree or above.
4. Strong can-do attitude towards service requests, willing to take ad-hoc.
5. A fast learner and good team player.
6. Fluent spoken English and native mandarin.
