Job description:
? HR & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the upper management & CEO
? Responsible for performing the full spectrum of HR services such as:
o compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal,
o employee relations, staff activities,
o Staff recruitment process
o Leave management
o HR program, personnel data processing and recording
o Staff development activities
o Periodical reports and analysis
? assisting in formulation and review of HR policies and procedures
? performing office administration duties such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, insurance, etc
? handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up, escorting applicants or company guest etc.
? handling other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other admin duties as assigned by management and CEO
Skill set required:
? Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
? At least three (3) years relevant working experience in HR and Administration
? Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive mind-set to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
? Mature in nature, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
? Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
? Proficient in computer applications
