Job description:
1. To follow up orders and the whole procedures till completion of the shipments.
2. To coordinate all information to ensure the orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
3. To manage overseas and inland shipping and transportation.
4. Execution of import & export. Dealing with documents related to the business.
5. To be responsible for sample application, collection and distribution and the customer reception etc.
6. To organize the settlement of the customer's complaints and goods rejection, give feedback to the customers.
7. Maintaining data on continuous basis in the computer.
8. Others as assigned.
Requirements:
1. College or university degree.
2. Fluent oral English and good written English skills.
3. Knowledge of fabric is an advantage.
Notice: The working place would be moved to Linping area in the second half of this year.
