Drive Talent Acquisition and Talent Management best practices within the Company while supporting Corporate initiatives.
? Drive Employee Engagement and Retention by ensuring a comfortable working environment, harmonious working atmosphere and maintain the organization culture.
? Deliver Compensation & Benefits operations to attract, motivate and retain diverse talent.
? Be involved in strategy and implementation of a new HR policies and procedures
? Develop and maintain team competencies and morale.
? Handle staff grievances, engage in staff counseling, review employee handbook, carry out exit interview and staff opinion survey.
? Staff Recruitment (analysis of position description, requirements, interviews, etc)
? Staff contract and coordination of paperwork for residence and work permit of foreign staff
? Coordinate with Fesco on a monthly basis for payroll coordination
? Negotiate staff contract renovation, salary increase, lay offs, litigations if occur.
? Handle and keep record of staff holidays request, sick leaves and overtime.
? Organize team building activity
? Organize training of new staff and follow up on their development
? Improve company handbook policy and set up warnings
? Establish career development plans for the staff and reduce staff rotation
? Handle Salary and staff details of annual auditing
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. ? Minimum 4 years HR experience in a commercial and international environment. ? Strong ability in recruiting/talent acquisition, performance management and retention prevention is required. ? Possess good understanding of PRC labour laws, regulations, and practices. ? Dynamic and open minded personality to fit with young and international team. ? Need to have a strategic planning and organizing skills. ? Critical thinking and be able to provide a constructive feedback. ? Results- driven with very good communications skills. ? Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English.
