JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Responsible for all Press and Communications, including overseeing all requests and enquiries from journalists.
- Ensure all aspects of the brand are publicized in the correct environment on a constant basis in line with the key strategic themes.
- Maximizing brand positioning by meeting with key editors whilst constantly gaining new contacts for promotions.
- Oversee mail outs, press release distributions and publication targets.
- Manage sample and departmental budget allocation.
- Entrepreneurial approach to ensuring all new opportunities and forms of promotion are considered and auctioned where appropriate
- Provide constant and informed support to Head of Marketing & Communication
EVENTS
- Annual event Plan and budget control.
- Planning of collection & brand image event
- Planning, proposal and result report for all customer related marketing.
- Planning and execute in-store events targeting customers.
- Support in-store promotion
- Post event reports & competitor monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or above degree, preferably major in Ad/Communication/Marketing/English
- Minimum 4+ years of PR or Media working experience with established 4A media agency or similar role in an in-house PR, marketing planning, event planning department.
- Knowledge of the China luxury fashion business
- Strong communication skills.
- A Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure.
- High Emotional Intelligence.
- A passion for the Brand and an understanding of 'Luxury'.
- Ability to demonstrate influential nature of their current role
- Outstanding communication and relationship development skills
- Structured and organized approach to their work
- Leadership, direction and mentoring to marketing support staff
- The role will involve international travel.
