职位工作内容
1、 通过邮件或者电话为客户解答问题，为客户提供完善的服务以及技术支持
2、 能够准确的把问题派送到相应的技术支持组
3、 及时向用户报告问题处理的进程以及问题解决后要和用户进行确认
4、 与团队合作，完成团队工作任务
任职要求
1、 中专以上学历（可接受有全勤工作一个月以上的实习生）
2、 有良好的口头表达能力、沟通技巧以及学习能力。有良好的责任心和抗压能力。喜欢与人交流
3、 能熟悉Windows的办公系统软件
4、 有流利的国语技能。有粤语或英文技能能力优先
5、 能随时上班者优先
相关其他情况（具体面议）
1、 每天工作时间为8小时，每周工作5天。较少加班，轮休。有轮班安排。
2、 不包吃住。工作地点南海区桂城南海中心。良好的办公室工作环境，由公司提供办公器材
3、 有良好的入职培训，以及职业规划
4、 有国家法定的社会保险福利
5、 具体薪酬面谈。（大概范围：全职税前2500元/月左右，实习生税前8-10元/小时）
