职位描述：
Mission
Manage the demand and supply to meet business objectives, develop the operating plans to balance Sales/ Inventory/ Workload;

Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with customer to negotiate the delivery plan and manage the planning change;
2. Coordinate operational teams to ensure OTD and balance Sales/ Inventory/ Workload;
3. Lead and Optimize enterprise S&OP process;
4. Supervise the production plan construction to meet the sales/inventory target with considering workload.
5. Supervise the Material plan to meet the production plan.
6. Lead and Optimize enterprise MPS;
7. Prepare the finance year sales budget.

Candidate Profile

Education/Training

At least Bachelor degree, with knowledge of Supply Chain management, Demand/Planning Management, project management will be a plus

Professional Experience
1.At least 5 years working experience on the job of Supply Chain management, Demand/Planning management in a manufacturing circumstance
2.Experience of Material planning, production plan and inventory control

长春分公司：位于长春长春市农安县合隆镇（合隆经济开发区孙菜园子村）。主要业务为标准动车组、城际铁路动车组、地铁车辆、轻轨车辆等提供车门系统提供产品和服务。车门类型包含塞拉门，内藏式移门，外挂式移门，折页门等产品。
长春分公司组织结构包括生产、工艺、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由加工、装配、试验三大部分组成。
