职位描述：
Responsibilities：
The IT Business Process Expert has to understand the business processes of the company and translate them into an IT design. She/he is the first contact to the user in the demand process. She/he is in close contact with the IT System Architect to get best fitting systems for their need. She/he leads multifunctional implementation projects across business units. She/he is in charge for application documentation and 2nd level support for incidents during the whole application lifecycle。

Knowledge/skill：
1. Minimum of bachelor's level qualification in IT, Business Management, Commerce, Economics or related field or a combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge for the position.
1. Experienced in using leading methodologies and processes such as Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, Prince 2. TQM, ISO or similar
3. Experience managing multiple parties including Project Managers and third party vendors on high profile and innovative solutions.
4. Leadership experience across multifunctional projects and/or across business units
Experienced in working with major ERP, finance and asset systems. SAP skill is a plus. 举报 分享
