职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Drive and manage EM sub-system projects including:
o New features
o Cost reduction
o Quality improvement
o Component standardization
? Act independently as task/project manager, in charge of task/project duration estimation and monitoring, cost engineering and monitoring, aiming to reach given time/cost/quality targets; understands and duly apply company product development process
? Understand and apply modularity as a design guideline; determines the benefit of product design re-use from existing products and modifies existing designs as input to new products.
? Prepare test and validation plans, monitoring execution and direction of product testing.
? Develop detailed engineering documentation including block diagrams, schematics, fabrication and assembly drawings, component drawings, specifications, manuals and other customer documentation, development and test procedures, Engineering Change Notices and manufacturing procedures.
? Drive and bring innovation, based on consumer insight
? Demonstrate creative ability through invention or other significant contributions to the profession; support creation and development of EM Road Map.
? Monitor new technology opportunities available on the market
? Participate in concept development activities
? Ensure compliance of components with both internal and external safety standards
? Reduce complexity

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
? Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
? PMP by Project Management Institute is considered as a plus
Past Experience:
? 2+ years experience in R&D, technology & product development, project management
Language Skills:
? Fluent English (oral and written)
? Any other language will be a plus
Technical skills:
? Basic knowledge in electrical components such as Solid and Coil Hot Plates, Electrical Thermostats, Energy Regulators, Motors (Cooling Fan, Hot Air, Turnspit, MW Stirrer), Radiant Heaters, Rotary Switches, Temperature Sensors, Tubular Heating Elements, Thermals Cut Out (TCO), etc.
? Overview of the components used and the main features and requirements
? Strong knowledge in system development and design
? Able to discuss the proposals fact based, showing strong structured and engineering approach during each development phase
? Basic knowledge of approval and environmental rules in different countries
? Experience in Value management and Design for Assembling and Manufacturing is a plus
? Knowledge of 3D design tool (CATIA is preferred)
? Knowledge in Electrolux Processes and tools – PCP, IPDP, EC,

? Ability to work in a matrix based organization and cross functional teams
? Ability to manage projects and people located in different areas of the world
