？4- 6 years of Product design experience in Medical domain or related field

？CAD – computer aided design software - 3D and 2D CAD modeling

？Proficiency in Modeling s/w like Solidworks/Pro-E/AutoCAD is a must

？Electronic document management system based design history file management
基于电子文档管理系统设计原有文件管理
？Good knowledge on manufacturing process for plastics & metal parts (Stainless Steel)
了解塑料制品及金属部件（不锈钢）的制造工艺
？Experience in Injection molding and metal molding (design and material selection)
有注塑和金属建模的经验（设计和材料选择）
？Working Knowledge of complex assembly will be added advantage

？Must be able to work on a complex assembly modeling

？Engineering Analysis – FEA, CAE and hand calculations

？Able to construct analytical models e.g. finite element analysis, kinematic models, computational fluid dynamics, to predict real world performance.

？Design Verification & Testing

？Liaison with Mfg. team for implementing Design for Manufacture(DFM) and DFA.

？Risk Analysis – FMEA, Cause & Effects analysis.

？Working knowledge on ANSYS or any other analysis software tool will be added advantage.

？Implementation & Execution of NPD process as per company’s quality systems (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO guidelines)
