This is an American Public company, acting as the worldwide leader, with 40 years history. This is a timely opportunity to enter this organization prior to commencement on one of its key projects.

The role

This position provides overall project, administration and financial leadership to significant project, with specific emphasis in Budget management, Project management, Procurement, Contract management and vendor management.

Requirements

· You must be an experienced Project Manager 5-10 years

· Background in commercial construction

· Experience working on projects valued over 6,000,000 RMB

· And ideally you have a professional qualification in Construction or Engineering

· Strong safety track record
