1、 员工薪资、佣金的计算审核、个税申报，促销员工资计算。
2、 负责员工考勤及假期的审核、确认，福利津贴计算。
3、 负责华东员工五险一金的操作，与劳务派遣公司的沟通与协调。
4、 试用期/劳动合同/档案管理，各项HR报表提供，协助主管编制人力成本预算。
5、 部分行政工作以及主管交待的其他事项。
要求：
1、 大专以上学历；HR管理或相关专业；
2、 3年及以上快销品行业薪酬事务性工作经验。数据敏感、逻辑性强。
3、 良好的英文听说能力者优先。
