Job Description:

Summary: Logic/mixed-signal circuits design, including front-end design implementation, design verification, silicon validation and design support for mass production.
Flash memory design experience is a plus.

Essential Functions:
? Architect, design and verify circuits, logic, systems, algorithms, etc. to meet product requirements.
? Own the design of all digital blocks in flash memory. Applicant should have basic technical skills on how to design digital block, have knowledge of ASIC flow and EDA tools.
? Be responsible for mixed-signal full chip verification, including both block and full chip level verification.
Education and/or Experience: Major of microelectronic is preferred. Bachelor's degree with 3+ year experience or Master degree is required. An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Strong Verilog RTL coding design skills
? Familiar with digital simulator, synthesis and timing analysis tools
? Familiar with IC design flows
? Familiar with PERL, Tcl and linux Shell.
? Dedicated, hard working and good team player
? Possess good interpersonal skill as well as good communication skills 举报 分享
