Job Responsibility

You will manage the full spectrum of compensation & benefits. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Manage salary surveys and review external competitiveness and internal responsibility comparisons
2. Oversee the administration of the annual performance appraisal cycle.
3. Manage the manpower budgeting as well as conduct job analysis and evaluation studies
4. Be actively involved in all compensations and related special projects, including the design, planning and implementation of various compensation and rewards initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
5. Play a key role in coordinating with other business units, and participate in cross-functional projects to meet organizational needs and changes.

Requirements:

1. At least 7 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably in an MNC or real estate industry
2. Good degree from a reputable university
3. Strategic thinking abilities balanced with good execution skills
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Meticulous and strong in numerical and IT skills
6. Work well under pressure and adaptable to changes
