职位描述：
岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Be responsible of the safety operation during the process of repacking, ensure the quality & quantity of the parts incoming/outgoing and maintained reasonable according to the procedure & FIFO;
确保包装区操作过程中安全生产，确保包装数量上的正确性与包装质量上的完好性，确保成品包装的先进先出；
2. Ensuring the necessary maintenance of Master Data in SAP with regard to Change Management and actual logistics documents (Packaging Data Sheet, Packaging Working Instruction);
维护SAP系统主数据及相关物流文档（包含包装数据表，包装操作指导书）；
3. Carrying out technical agreements with customer/suppliers and releasing packaging;
执行客户/供应商的技术协议并审核包装方案；
4. Responsible for the package materials VMI process management, including the supplier performance analysis and improvement proposal if any, KPI monitor and supplier performance improvement;
负责包装材料的VMI供应管理，包括供应商的服务质量和流程的改进，KPI管控及供应商绩效提升；
5. Cooperation and support with material planner in pre-serious phase to ensure sample production;
量产前阶段协助物料计划确保样件顺利生产；
6. Planning and specifying quality guidelines/parameters for packaging and other measures aligned to quality assurance, package design is following AMS requirement;
对于包装方案根据质量方针设计具体质量指导和要求，包装设计符合自动生产线要求；
7. Responsible for recycle box management, ensure no line down record related with returnable box from both supplier and customer;
负责周转箱回收的管理，确保供应商和客户的回收箱的纪录完整不影响生产；
8. Accomplish the 5S standard in the warehouse, keep warehouse stock in safe and good condition with clear identification in order to support internal supply chain operation;
不断改善5S状况；将物料标示明确、存放安全防范、井然有序，实现内部物料流动方便快；
9. Responsible for the area within the normal operation of equipment, repacking quality to meet company requirements;
负责区域内设备正常运转，包装品质达到公司要求；

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Three years above working experience in an automotive enterprise.
三年以上汽车行业工作经验
2. Two years above packaging design related experience.
二年以上包装设计经验
3. Two year above working experience in package management;
二年包装管理从业经验
4. Bachelor degree and logistics package major is a plus.
本科，物流包装专业优先
5. Good command of English both in oral and written
良好的英语口语和书写能力
6. Familiar with ERP system (SAP);
熟练应用SAP等ERP软件
