Design/Develop Diesel Intake Throttle Valve and Work with Customer Engine design and Engine Testing Team to prove our proof of concept and full validation of new product for Engine Calibration on BS-VI Emission Norms and design and development of other power train components for commercial vehicles
Key Performance Indicators (SMART Goals)
Design of new product with APQP Process
Design Verification and validation using Simulation and Design Calculations and Lab testing or Engine Dyno Testing
Qualifications:
Minimum: B.Tech Mechanical/Automotive/Design Engineering/Mechatronics
Experience:
5-8 Years Minimum Experience on Engine Components Design/Testing/
Validation/Application of Engine Components, such as Electrical EGR valves, SCR, EGR Cooler, Turbo waste Gate Actuator or Exhaust Break Actuators.
Competencies:
2D and 3D CAD Expertise on AutoDesk Inventor or (Creo/SoldiWorks/Catia)
Ansys Mechanical, Structural Thermal and CFD
GD&T and Tolerance Stack up of components and assembly
Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Magnetics Design of Components
Experience and knowledge of vehicle control systems (engines/ transmissions) hardware & software, algorithms, interfaces, Fieldbus, CANbus, Ethernet & IOT
Fluent English & Fluent Chinese (for China)
Experience of working with OEMs directly such as TML, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, Daimler and Volvo, or testing houses AVL, Ricardo, Delphi, Cooper etc.
Knowledge & experience of relevant standards for India & China – Emission, Fuel, Quality, Euro 6, TS16949 Etc.
