职位描述：

1.确定仓库的存储空间与面积、合理定置库存物料；建立合理的存货分类方法并科学地摆放存储资。

Confirm material storage space and size, location

2.制订合理的物料传递、存放、交付业务流程。

Set up reasonable material handling, storage and delivery work instruction.

3.监督检查收货员、配料工及发货工的工作情况。

Monitor and check daily work of receiving operator, material line feeder and FG shipping.

4. 监督和检查票据的处理，保证系统库存的准确性、保证帐物卡相符无误。

Track and monitor any data transaction to ensure the stock is high accuracy in ERP system.

5. 监督各工区的物料使用情况和不合格品的处理情况。

Track and monitor material using status for each work shop. and monitor non-confirming material disposal.

6. 负责属下员工的交流及业绩评估工作。

Be responsible for employees’ communication and conducting employees’ performances appraise.

7. 及时掌握物料信息，并及时组织传递信息，保证物料的及时发放与到达，以便于保证计划的正常执行。

Fully understand material information and pass the information to each dept, to ensure all materials are been released and delivered on time in order to ensure normal production.

8. 负责组织紧急情况下人员疏散

Be responsible for the people ‘s evacuation.

9. 负责化学、危险品、有毒有害物品的运输、储存、保管，负责建立危险化料清单，收集危险化料的MSDS及相关资料并张贴在化料库房；

Be responsible for transfer, storage the chemical dangerous , poisonous, hazards goods, checklist of the chemical dangerous gather the MSDS of the dangerous chemical goods and release the information in the warehouse

10.制订盘点计划和盘点方法，协调盘点工作与日常循环盘点工作及临时的盘点工作。

Prepare stock take schedule and method, coordinate physical stock take, daily cycle counting and any occasional stock take.

11. 通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高仓库的竞争力和客户满意度

Improves Warehouse competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

12. 向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识

Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members

任职条件:

1. 五年外企制造行业库房经验

Five years experience in warehouse area in international manufacturing companies;

2. 三年库房管理经验

Three years management experience;

3.熟悉ERP/SAP 系统，熟练运用办公软件

Good knowledge on MS Office Skills, ERP/SAP knowledge;

4.了解精益生产及物流管理相关的标准化工作流程(5S, KANBAN, Pull,Levelling...)

Knowledge on lean production and logistics (5S, KANBAN, Pull,Levelling, standardized work and so on);

5.良好的英文听,说,读,写能力

Good English in spoken and written in a plus;
