职位描述：
1. Underwrites and develops new and renewal on all FL minor line products
2. Analyze all risks, negotiate coverage, price and terms and terms with agents/brokers/clients
independently.
3. Liaise with agents/brokers/clients and Claims Department and provide technical advice regarding
scope of coverage, interpretation of wordings, and applications independently;
4. Reviews, amends and okays all policies before being issue
5. Identifies, develops and establishes key producers relationship;
6. Direction setting regarding branch strategy or product specific strategy; And implement underwriting
strategy and methodology to meet production target effectively and profitably
7. Develops, communicate, and implements strategies within the context of agreed guidance;
8. Responsible for new products development and alternate distribution channels as needed,
organizes and implements cross marketing with other profit centers wherever possible;
9. Acts as final underwriting resource for the team on branch level;
10. Other ad hoc projects and duties assigned by department
11. Keeps PCM aware of all major underwriting issues.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
> University Degree in law/finance/accounting
Working Experience:
> 1-3 years working experience
> Insurance/financial/accounting relevant working experiences is a plus
PC Skills:
> Good with all MS Office application
Language Skills:
> Must be fluent English/Mandarin, written and spoken
Personal Attribute:
> Good financial, analytical, and presentation skills
> Marketing oriented preferred
> Good with communication and interpersonal skills
> Target and result oriented
> Tactful in solving problems
> Willing & able to learn in a face pace environment
> Must be able to work well under pressure
