职位要求
? Hands on experience in recombinant protein and IgG purification with AKTA, as well as column packing and evaluation.
? Previous experience in process optimization and verification with endotoxin controlling.
? Familiar with protein analytical technology such as but not limited to HPLC (SEC, IEX) and WB.
? Experience in automation purification, ability to edit method is a plus.
?
? Previous experiences in protein/IgG formulation.
? Maintain the latest technologies in protein purification, and willing to adopt new techniques into the routine operation.
? Communicate with director about work and maintain the experiment result with superior quality, and coach new technician.

? At least BS in protein science or related discipline with at least two years focused experience in protein purification and formulation with extensive chromatographic operation in AKTA is required.
? A thorough understanding on expression, refolding, purification, and analytical techniques for protein quality and quantitation.
