Job Responsibilities:
-Sell ASMAS solutions to the Advanced Packaging Segment of the SMT market
-Increase market share and enlarge customer base
-Support in development of sales strategy
-Survey market potential & requirement and work along with Product Management/Marketing group for new equipment development
-Following the machines major issues and push HQ to make upgrade
-Strengthen existing distributor relationships and assist in qualifying and establishing new distributors to accomplish sales management goals, in line with compliance guidelines
-Establish relevant support infrastructure to indirect sales partners in obtaining a streamlined and efficient order processing from orders to receiving payment.
-Manage distributor networks by establishing relevant sales territories, quotas and goals respectively to related distributors with respect to organizational targets
-Track and record distributor progress to determine program results and contractual minimum obligations, through quarterly business review meetings and periodic sales forecasts reviews
-Communicate distributors / agents guidelines, customer management responsibilities and marketing efforts to the sales team and distributors
-Continually collect new insights and knowledge of marketplace, the company's position in the marketplace and a full understanding of our competition
-Provide recommendations and proposals to ensure fulfillment of sales objectives, moving swiftly and flexible to dynamic market changes
Requirements:
-At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity serving the Advanced Packaging market
-Experience in leading a team
-Cross-regional sales experience in Greater China
-Team player
-No domestic & international traveling constraints
