职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 作为客户售后服务需求的第一响应者，接听客户的热线电话
     As the first respondent, answer customer calls of after-sales service request
2. 识别客户及其服务需求
    Identify customer and service request
3. 把客户的服务需求指派给相应的FAE或者ASE
    Assign service request to FAE or ASE
4. 确认FAE/ASE是否及时响应客户需求的确认
    Confirm with the customer if the FAE/ASE has responded to the customer
5. 了解客户是否有再次培训的需求
    Communicate with the customer if he needs training
6. 执行客户对于售后服务满意度的调查
    Handle customer satisfaction survey for after-sales service
7. 其他工作内容：数据统计，报表生成、客户投诉等
   Other work such as data statistics, report, customer complaint
8. 其他上级主管交办的工作
   Other tasks assigned from time to time

任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历
    Minimum bachelor degree
2. 售后服务助理工作经验2年以上，工作经验3年以上
    minimum 2 years after-sales service admin experience， 3 years working experience
3. 了解呼叫中心的运作
    Understand call center operation
4. 好的服务意识和态度
    Good service awareness and attitude
5. 与内外部客户的良好沟通
    Good communication with external and internal customers
6. 普通话流利
    Fluency in Mandarin
7. 良好的计算机及办公软件使用技能
