职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责后台订单的在线售后问题及发货、退换货、退款、物流和中差评等事项的处理工作。
2.通过旺旺等其他沟通渠道为客户解决产品和服务的相关售后问题，并能让客服满意。
3.熟悉淘宝规则及售后流程，提高客户满意度，并开发新客户。
4.以后上班时间两班倒，目前本公司淘宝刚起步，暂时不需要两班倒。
5. 完成上级交代的其他任务，配合团队完成工作。

岗位要求：
1. 有一定的销售能力，应变能力，沟通能力强，能积极处理售前、售中、售后问题。
有淘宝客服经验者优先。
2、工作细致认真，有耐心，具有亲和力、责任感；，有良好的沟通及处理问题能力和一定的抗压能力。 举报 分享
