职位描述：
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of power tools or catering products sourcing experience for European Market in multinational company (experience in German trading company is preferred);
- Extensive knowledge of power tools or catering products manufacturing;
- Broad knowledge of power tools or catering vendors in China;
- Profound knowledge of quality requirements like CE certificates and testing requirements for power tools or catering products;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Strong personality with good working attitude and excellent communication skills;
- Well organized, detail-oriented and responsible;
- Excellent English skills;
- Willingness to travel within China;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Honest & integer.

Main responsibilities:
- Present our company in very professional way to potential suppliers;
- Research, evaluate and select suppliers that meet our company’s standards of price, quality, shipment on time, etc.;
- Negotiate prices, MOQ, warranty time, payment term, spare parts free of charge, OEM, etc. to ensure best business terms;

任职要求：
- 3年以上跨国公司欧洲市场采购经验，产品为电动工具，厨房设备；其中担任买手职务至少3年以上（有德国贸易公司或OBI, Bauhaus, Hornbach等欧洲零售商工作经验更佳）；
- 深入了解电动工具，厨房设备的生产流程；
- 熟悉中国境内电动工具，厨房设备的生产商分布；
- 熟悉电动工具，厨房设备质量要求，如欧盟标准、产品认证、测试要求；
- 能独立处理工作，熟悉从样品开发到大货生产的整体流程；
- 出色的谈判技巧和成本核算能力；
- 善于团队协作，使公司效益最大化；
- 与德国总部之间保持良好的协调及快速响应能力；
- 富有敬业精神，和出色的沟通能力；
- 工作有条理，注重细节，认真负责；
- 优秀的英语口语和书写能力；
- 熟练办公软件的操作；
- 诚实，廉洁。

工作职责：
- 分析跟进来自德国买手的产品要求；
- 鉴别、研究、评估和挑选符合公司标准的供应商（包括对价格、质量、交货期和信誉的要求）；
- 核算产品成本，制作产品质量说明书；
- 同供应商谈判，确保最好的采购价格；
- 与潜在供应商保持良好的关系；
- 为采购经理安排采购行程；
- 协助采购经理开发新的系列产品采购；
- 协助采购经理处理与供应商之间的索赔事宜；
