Gentle Monster is a creative brand from Korea famous for eye-wear fashion since 2012 and now we are paying attention to China market. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to be part of the store sales team. This role is based in Shanghai.
店员/Store Crew
岗位职责
？ -对顾客始终保持微笑并主动打招呼
？ -保持展示产品清洁有序
？ -熟记每一季度所有产品的信息（名称，款号，颜色，材质及架构）
？ -准备产品相关辅料
？ -回答消费者的疑问
？ -日常清洁
？ -维护店内设施、装修、陈列
？ -帮助消费者下单购买,结账，调试眼镜
？ -与顾客沟通并提供独一无二的消费体验
Responsibility
？ -Smile and greeting to every customer.
？ -Keep the display products tidy and clean.
？ -Remember the information of all the products throughout the store every season.
？ -Prepare subsidiary material
？ -Dealing with customer enquiries.
？ -Daily clean.
？ -Taking care of the store interior.
？ -Help customer to make the order and payment.
？ -Ability to engage with clients and provide an unrivalled service experience.
