职位描述：
? General Management
o Oversee warehouse, QC, product development staff in China including training and development, hiring, firing, annual reviews, etc.
o Responsible for developing and adhering to annual department budget
o Recommend, as needed, modifications to the system and processes to improve efficiency

? Vendor Management
o Work with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
o Develop methods to become more efficient and profitable for both the factories
o Ensure strong relationships are developed and maintained with factories –
o Ensure factories adhere to quality standards –
o Assist in sourcing and qualifying new factories as needed -
o Work with factories to develop new technologies, processes, etc. to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and develop the best products possible -

? Warehouse/Logistics
o Manage the 3PL relationship and ensure that our warehousing and logistics processes and procedures are functional and efficient
o Develop methods to ensure proper visibility of freight in transit and that delivery dates are achieved
o Annual evaluation of third party freight providers, including costs and performance
o Developing, implementing, and monitoring efficient warehouse functions
o Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met

? Inventory Control
o Provide warehouse staff with day-to-day management to ensure proper inventory control
o Monitor weekly cycle count for inventory accuracy
o Oversee annual physical inventory process
? Quality Control
o Establish and maintain quality control procedures, processes, and documentation
o Ensure that QC team is performing its duties correctly and that we maintain the highest standards of quality at all times
o Establish and monitor minimum daily quotas for quality control processing
? Corporate Compliance
o Work with accountant to insure timely reporting of financials
o Manage details of the Chinese corporation 举报 分享
