职位描述：
工作职责：
- 负责到访客人的接待及公司总机电话的处理
- 协助日常办公室事务，如快递收发，文具备品的管理，会议室预定等
- 完成上司交办的其它工作，包括公司员工差旅管理，部门文件准备等

任职要求：
- 全日制大专或以上学历，一年以上外企相关工作经验
- 良好的人际沟通能力，待人亲切友善
- 工作踏实认真，主动积极，有责任心
- 熟悉办公自动化软件操作，英语口语良好 举报 分享
