职位描述：
负责Amazon/eBay销售运营工作，包括销售跟踪调整，销售维护
1. 监控公司产品销售情况，根据市场和竞争对手变化做出及时有效的调整方案，确保销售达到公司预期
2. 负责产品上架，产品图片/文案优化等日常销售维护工作
3. 负责补货，提出产品优化升级意见，配合采购部完成后续相关工作
4. 利用各类渠道寻找满足公司发展需求的潜在产品，撰写可行性分析报告，负责新产品销售前期准备工作

 岗位要求
1. 年以上Amazon/eBay等跨境电商平台销售工作，有售后和产品开发经验优先
2. 崇尚团队合作，沟通意识强
3. 强烈的好奇心及求知欲
4. 无与伦比的责任感，注重细节，渴望胜利
5. CET-4以上水平

Job Description
Conduct sale and operation on Amazon/eBay, including performance follow up and adjustment, maintenance and product development.
1. Use multi-pal channels to find potential products, write feasibility analysis report and get prepared before launch
2. Monitor product sales performance, adjust efficiently and timely in response to the changes of the market and competitors to ensure the goal.
3. Create and maintain the product listing including product image/copy-writing optimization etc
4. Replenishment, give advise on product improvement / upgrade, and cooperate with sourcing department to finish the rest of the related work.

Job Requirements
1. At least 1 year sale experience on Amazon, eBay or other marketplace , Prior experience in after-sale customer service and product development highly desirable
2. Believe in team work, and have strong sense of communication
3. Strong curiosity and thirst for knowledge
4. Unparalleled sense of responsibility, focus on details and eager for success
5. CET-4 and above
