职位主要职责：
1、负责制定并维护工序的生产时间管理（资料数据和时间管理）
2、负责相关IE管理流程的制定和改善
3、负责工位和生产布局的设计和改善，组织分析、提出改善方案并实施
4、负责IE和现场管理等管理工具的推广、应用和培训，开展人机效率提升
职位主要要求：
1、工业工程或机械制造类相关专业；1-2年以上IE工作经验，汽车零部件企业工作经历优先
2、熟悉人力/设备/产能的评估与规划、生产绩效推动、生产成本的评估与管控
3、熟练运用IE、现场管理等改善工具 举报 分享
