Main Duties & Responsibilities
Learning and Development Administration
analyse Team Member learning and development needs, and support the implementation of the property Training Plan to meet these needs
prepare of annual training plan and budget
coordinate with Department Heads/ Outlet Managers and Supervisors to develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives and achieve performance standards
prepare and maintain Learning & Development plans and reports as required for distribution to property management level
update monthly training record of Team Members and ensure that all Team Members have carried out training hours according to ONYX, Learning & Development policy
maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials
Learning and Development Activities
ensure that all new Team Members attend the ONYX and Property Orientation programme including ONYX Core courses
monitor the progress of the Learning & Development plan of each department to ensure that the Learning & Development objectives are being achieved
deliver certain property-wide Learning & Development courses for all Team Members and track all those courses being carried out in the property on an ongoing basis
monitor all training activities conducted on and off site.
produce Learning & Development initiatives to continually improve standard of services, productivity and morale of Team Members
Other Duties
build and improve relationship with concerned government office such as Skill Development Department and educational institutes
fulfill all other duties as may be assigned by direct leader within the scope of this position and/or within the limits of the company policies
