Position Requirements
Bachelor/ 5-6 years work experience

- Minimum 5 years QC/QA experience required
- English (reading, writing is must, speaking not necessary)
- Bachelor or above degree in Material science relative quality control and QA
- Willingness to take initiative and being pro-active
- Team management, members are 5-10 people
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with safety procedures and quality assessment (ISO, AQL knowledge )
- Knowledge of the QC processes and QC management
- Knowledge of product manufacturing
- Critical and analytical thinking, and detail oriented
- Be organized, sociable, responsible, reliable , self –starter professional
- Be able to work in team and independently
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
- Ability to study and apply new information.
- Ready to travel (also abroad)
 
 Duties:
- Organize and manage QC team
- To formulate annual quality objectives, planning and responsible to implement it according to the company’s strategies.
- - To draw up the company’s quality control procedure and continuous improvement.
- - To support management and project manager in terms of technical point for each project and make proposal to solve the problems.
- - To support project manager to control the project schedule.
- - To make report regularly to management & related department for quality inspection information and result.
- - To responsible to evaluate for follow up, inspection& quality control of each project.
- - To supervise and check the executive condition of quality control procedure in each project and provide rationalization proposal.
- - To responsible for quality report management for each project. Make weekly schedules for QC team based on project manager-project skill level
- Lead and organize the QC team in close monitoring of our factories execution of project process control plans.
- Plan QC expenses within company budget
- Drive QC processes to great results and improve customer satisfaction level
- Mentor and train QC staff on quality control and improvement techniques
- Represent our client with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Coordinated process control efforts by participating in the product development process, and maintaining excellent communication across our global Quality Team and across all our client offices
- Manage customer complaints – quality answer in SMART, sample analysis, build action plan & follow-up, joined customer
- Troubleshooting for potential quality issues
- Assign tasks and track implementation of these tasks
- Create QC checklists and mentor the team to create those
- Audit and evaluate with the purchasing team suppliers & subcontractors performance to help ensure a stable quality supply
Team management
- - To handle team management, evaluate the performance of team member.
- - To regularly organize internal training for team members, increase their work ability.
- - To coach and guide the team member’s communication skill with supplier/client
