职位描述
Responsibilities:
To maximize the sales of the bank’s products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate;
To hand over customer relationship properly to their CRMs;
To provide excellent customer services to clients and make sure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to the satisfaction of customers;
To maintain a high standard of appearance of the sales location and of the sales staff;
To be able to prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the Head of Direct Sales.
To comply with local regulation and internal procedures.

Requirements:
University degree or equivalent
Relevant job experience is preferred
A sound knowledge of bank products and services and competition is preferred;
Sound sales & service skill with professional etiquette
Good spoken and written English is preferred
