作为英孚企业解决方案业务线的B2B企业解决方案客户支持(学员顾问), 你有机会成为全球领先的在线语言培训团队的一员,激励、提供解决方案并全程跟踪学员进度,为韩国的企业学员客户提供一流的客户服务。
 
角色定位:
 
在致力于提高英孚企业解决方案的客户体验中,学员顾问扮演了极其重要的角色。你会成为客户声音的聆听者;成为客户的教练,跟踪他/她的学习进度以确保我们的解决方案的实施是在正轨的;成为客户的激励者并通过提供解决方案来帮助客户克服困难以最后打到事先设置的学习目标。
 
岗位职责:
 
客户/学员的问题解决及回应:
与客户/学员进行及时的电话沟通以确保客户/学员对于英孚提供的企业解决方案保持信心;
通过电话/邮件/在线聊天提供得体的建议及解决方案;
代表英孚企业解决方案业务线并赢得高客户满意度;
帮助客户/学员设置良好规划的计划已达到既定目标;
通过英文云端在线学习系统激励并指导客户/学员;
 
高效沟通及合作:
升级客户/学员的困难问题给正确的团队并保持持续跟踪;
与其他部门包括销售/客户成功经理/客户关系/技术及内容部门保持紧密合作以提供一站式服务给客户/学员;
 
质量和效率:
按质按时完成经理分配的任务;
达到卓越交付包括达到质量及效率的关键业务指标;
 
项目及其他创先活动:
如果需要,参与到全球性项目或者创先活动中;
参与到微信推广及设计并处理客户需求;


岗位需求:
1. 大专以上学位或同等经验,电子商务、教育和韩语/朝鲜语专业优先;
2. 有呼叫中心或者客户支持经验优先;
3. 外向开放性格并且愿意迎接挑战;
4. 自我激励, 细节驱动,可塑性强,能在压力下工作;
5. 富于激情,必须具备团队精神;
6. 普通话听说读写流利,韩语中级以上,听说读写流利;
7. 对教育行业特别是在线教育有强烈意愿,并对B2B,云及在线系统有浓厚兴趣

As a B2B Corporate Solutions Customer Support (Student Advisor) at EF Corporate Solutions, you will be part of a team to motivate, provide solutions and follow up the study progress of online corporate students in Korea.
 
The Role:
 
The Student Advisor plays a key role in delighting EF Corporate Solutions customer experience. You are a listener to receive customer’s sound; you are a coacher of the customer, following up his/her study progress on regular basis to make sure it’s on track; you are a motivator and a provider of solutions to help customer overcome difficulties and achieving set study targets.
 
Responsibility:
 
Customer/Student Issue Resolution & Responsiveness:
Drive timely call communication with the customer/student to ensure the customer/student has confidence on corporate solutions provided by EF;
Provide decent suggestion to customer/student via call/email/livechat;
Represent EF and achieve high customer experience;
Help customer/student set well-organized plan to achieve set target;
Motivate and guide customers/students through EF Cloud/Online system;
 
Effective Communication & Collaboration:
Escalate customer/student’s tough issue to right team and keep track;
Coordinate with other departments such as sales/CSM/Customer Relationship/Technical and Content teams to provide one-stop service to customer/student;
 
Quality and Productivity:
Complete assigned tasks from manager on time and on quality;
Achieve delivery excellence in meeting KPI targets of quality and productivity;
 
Project and Initiative:
Participate in project and initiatives if necessary;
 
Requirement:
 
1. Bachelor Degree + in or equivalent experience, E-commerce, Education and Korean is preferred;
2. Call Center experience or customer support experience preferred;
3. Open mind and willing to take challenge;
4. Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure;
5. Passionate and motivational with good team spirit;
6. Business-level Korean both in written and spoken, fluent in English;
7. Intention to develop in education industry and high interest in B2B, Cloud and Online Training;
