Description

  

1. Daily accounting booking support 协助日常记账工作；

  

2. Help on payment request accuracy check 协助日常付款请求操作；

  

3. Tax related invoices checking and documents preparation 协助税务发票认证及相关文件准备；

  

4. Audit related work support 协助审计相关工作；

  

5. Accounting documents filing 财务相关文件归档；

  

6. Other ad-hoc work 其他临时工作。

    

Requirement

  

1. Currently attending an accredited university majoring in finance, economics accounting or other finance related major, grade 3 or 4 is preferred全日制本科财务、经济、会计或其他财务相关专业在校生，优先考虑大三以上；

  

2. Able to work at least 3 days per week 每周保证三天或以上时间可以出勤；

  

3. Good communication skills, fluent English in writing 良好的沟通能力，流畅的英语写作能力；

  

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel & Word, know basic operation 熟悉微软Excel及word软件，了解常用基本操作；

  

5. Strong sense of responsibility, patience, careful and dedication 具有较强的责任心，耐心，细心和敬业精神。
