杭州招聘

岗位职责：

1.负责店铺的陈列规范，日常形象的指导，维护，确保店铺形象，陈列的统一及规范标准

2.负责陈列手册的设计制作，培训，对店铺的细节陈列要求提供陈列指引的说明

3.能快速引导店员完成相关技能学习，并根据市场变化及时调整陈列方案

4.执行每季新品上市终端店铺陈列指导工作

5.定期巡店，日常店铺的陈列布置，跟进，检查，督导

6.了解竞争品牌动向以及国际流行趋势以及设计理念，及时更新员工的理念，保证各品牌同级市场的竞争力与活力

任职要求：

1.需要对竞品以及当下流行趋势等有一定的了解

2.具备一定的形象策划，空间规划等专业能力和产品陈列的技巧

3.能运用产品的色彩和搭配，依据品牌风格和店铺实际情况进行产品的搭配组合

4.对店铺陈列，货品组合搭配，橱窗展示有一定的经验

5.适应不定期出差，根据销售进行橱窗及货品调整，提出货品整合建议及调货建议

6.画图软件，例如PS，使用熟练
