职位描述：

带领团队从事软件研发工作，包括软件需求分析、软件架构设计、软件研发组织、核心技术攻关、软件测试、用户支持，等等。

在软件研发过程中，需要有创新思维，对软件技术发展方向具有清晰的认识和理解，需要善于选择适用的关键技术。

职位要求：

1、计算机科学相关专业本科、硕士或者博士毕业

2、从事软件研发工作8年以上

3、有独立研发能力

4、精通Java者优先

5、有IBM、微软、HP、Oracle等国际知名企业经历者优先
