Your profile：
- Master’s degree in economics, business administration or management accounting
- Excellent academic achievements
- Relevant work experience (e.g. internships) or extracurricular activities
- Proactivity & entrepreneurial action
- Distinct presentation & communication skills
- Curiosity & independence
- Customer orientation and the ability to work in diverse teams
- Fluent command of English and Chinese. German language skills are very welcome
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as affinity to IT solutions and SAP/Finance & Controlling
- Willingness to travel and to relocate nationally/internationally, if required

Your tasks：
- 18-24months international graduate program that will expose you to different areas of the Finance function across the SCHOTT world, e.g. financial planning & analysis, accounting and treasury
- During the program, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development
- You will work with senior management and build an international network, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in our Finance team
- The program offers a steep learning curve as you will pursue rotations that will cover a broad spectrum of business & cultural challenges
- You will spend a significant amount of your time on key projects that help transform numbers into insights
