Task of IT helpdesk:
-Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth
-Provide daily user support and trouble-shooting as level 1 and 2 helpdesk support
-Provide helpdesk hotline, call logging and technical support to users
-Hardware, software installation
-Provide data backup and restore support as operator
-Follow up outstanding cases
-Participate local and regional desktop related projects
-Other tasks assigned by IT helpdesk team leader
-Windows troubleshooting knowledge;
-Network troubleshooting knowledge;
-Microsoft Office troubleshooting knowledge;

Candidate Profile :
-University degree, major in Computer Science, or related area
-Good understanding of basic daily user support and helpdesk process
-Good understanding of general desktop hardware and software in Microsoft Windows and Office
-Hands on experience on handling IT call logging in international corporate environment
-Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic environment
-Strong commitment and team spirit
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Self management skills and initiative and a proactive way of work
-Proficient written and spoken English is preferred
