职位描述
岗位要求：
1、制冷，暖通，五金，电器配件，水暖配件专业大专及大专以上学历；
2、一年以上专业采购工作经验，其中任职采购主管/经理职位的年限不少于1年；
3、具有制冷暖通类工作背景优先。
工作职责：
1、负责设计，规划，建立采购管理体系和相关流程；
2、根据公司新产品开发要求，积极开发新供应商；
3、建立供应商评估和管理系统，直接负责主要供应商的谈判及互动管理；
4、负责采购预算管理，制订价格管理体系，提升采购经济性和实用性效果，控制采购成本；
5、制订并实施采购部门绩效考核制度和流程。
