职位描述：
The Production Manager is responsible for the production pipeline of multimedia learning materials for the online and offline learning products. Key responsibilities include resource estimation and scheduling, content authoring, and facilitating communication across the project team. The Production Manager is also responsible for the translation pipeline.

Responsibilities:

· Setting up production processes, guidelines and checklists
· Estimating required production resources and effort for projects
· Responsible for maintaining the production quality throughout the project by implementing the production QA checklists throughout the team
· Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the production process/guidelines/checklists
· Responsible for hiring and managing production resources
· Arranging and conducting production training for the project team
· Assigning and monitoring production tasks
· Finding flexible, efficient and creative ways to solve project and production challenges
· Making sure production is on track and delivered on time
· Responsible for signing off on the produced materials and publishing them
· Constantly seeking ways to improve production efficiency
· Working with the systems team to ensure efficient development of needed features with an eye on usability
· Coordinating with developers to solve technical issues in production
· Responsible for the production intern/freelancer admin tasks (contracts, payments, etc.)
· Proactively manage the translation pipeline, through an efficient process to be followed by all stakeholders and users (project owners, freelance translators and business units). Coordinate translation requirements for projects and supply quotes with alternative resources when needed.

· advanced MS Power Point, MS Excel skills
· preferable multimedia experience (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, audio and video, flash…)
· diplomatic
