职位描述：
Job description

1. Order review for orders paid by credit card, call/email customer to ensure the order information validity so as to avoid possible fraud;

2. Handle credit Card Chargeback cases/PayPal disputes to save loss;

3. Master online store business procedure and knowledge, answer questions and request from customers by phone, email and live chat;

4. Introduce product and guide customers to place orders to increase sales. Answer questions about payment, order status and other exceptional case. Deal with exceptional orders, return or refund request and complaints;

5. Other related team work.



Requirements

1. English Band-8 (can be relaxed to English Band-6 if you are especially good), proficiency required, especially oral English;

2. Work carefully, have good service attitude and be able to work under certain amount of pressure;

3. Any bank or payment platform work experience preferred;

4. With sales or customer service experience preferred;

5. Computer skill, typing speed;

6. Steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player;
