Job Summary 工作总结:
This position provides HR support to the assigned site managers which include payroll administration, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development employee relations, and the implementation of any corporate HR initiatives.
负责提供全方位人力资源支持,包括薪资管理, 人员配置,、招聘、培训与发展、员工关系和执行总部其它相关事宜。
Essential Functions基本职能:
- Responsible for recruitment activities 负责招聘事宜
- Implement the training plan 执行培训计划
- Implement the performance review programs 执行绩效评估方案
- Implement Benefits and Compensation systems执行薪资福利系统
- Conduct employee orientations and exit interviews 负责员工入职培训及离职面谈
- Keep good communication with frontline employee 与一线员工保持良好沟通
- Continuously improve the quality of the work environment 持续改善工作环境
- Make sure daily operation activities are in compliance with corporate requirements related to employment 确保日常操作等行为符合公司要求
Scope and Accountability范围和责任:
- Liaise with other functional/departmental supervisors so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development 与其它职能/部门主管保持沟通,了解他们对HR部门的需求。确保所有部门了解HR目标,目的及成就。建立并维持衡量HR发展的系统。
- Responsible for management level below vacancy recruitment process and results and make sure to find target candidate and subsequent arrangement( including but not limited staff orientation) after offering to meet business requirements. 负责管理级别以下职位的招聘流程和结果,确保找到符合部门要求的候选人并负责员工入职后的安排包括但不限于入职培训等人力资源事宜。
- Monitoring and Implementations of HR aspects, including not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, C&B, ER etc.监督和执行人力资源各方面的体系,包括但不限于招聘,培训,绩效,薪资和员工关系等。
- Consultant of HR issues, including but not limited policy, procedures, documentations, etc. Handling of daily operation HR issues. 接受人力资源相关事务的咨询,包括但不限于政策,流程和文档等,处理营运中出现的日常人力资源问题。
- Keep up to date with regional, city and country laws relating to employment 及时了解与就业相关的国家、城市与地区的法律法规。
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team 协助管理团队进行HR战略发展与绩效评估。
- Other assignment that manager required 上司安排的其它工作。

- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills 有组织与沟通技能
- PC literacy 熟练运用电脑
- Financial skills 财务技能
- Good at English reading, writing英语读写熟练
Experience经验:
At least 3 years of Human Resources experience in MNC, related trade is preferable 至少3年外资企业HR相关经验,相关行业更优。
