Distributor management
? Guide distributor follow up Hasbro China sales strategy and direction
? Set up distributor MBO management target (such as shipment sales, distributor offtake and inventory target, logistic timetable, new channels expansion planning, retail PG program, monthly sales report on-time delivery etc.)
? Build distributor Hasbro BU and foster sales and service team be well trained and make effective execution daily
? Ensure key product assortment listed in respective retail and wholesale channels
? Develop and maintain constructive relationships with the distributor treated as business partner
? Routine business review meeting with distributor BU manager
Retail channels expansion planning and management
? Follow up Hasbro China retail channel development strategy and direction
? Focus on three major types of retail channel such as regional Hypermarket/CVS, Chain baby store, Shopping mall/high profile department stores
? Follow up retail channel expansion mapping and calendar
? Set objectives of expansion by channel by month and regular tracking the progression
? In-store by brand visibility enhancement and in-store promotion planning
? Retail sell-out target setting, result performance tracking and routine review with sales team and distributor BU manager as mandated
Sales trade spending & T&E management
? Follow up regional trade spending yearly planning and requirement
? Sales allowance investment management within aligned ROI criteria
? Sales T&E spending annually control within budget
Trade stock management
? Work closely with area distributors to routine manage the trade stock (distributor stock and retailer stock) to manage stock holdings, stock days and ensure balanced and healthy stock level
? Guide distributor and their sales and service team to maximize the sales opportunity and foresee potential stock risks
? Get alignment on time delivery with distributor
? Regular stock check in distributor warehouse
? Monthly distributor stock report check
Sales team capability enhancement
? Regularly evaluate the sales team members regarding sales performance and competency
? Communicate and get alignment on sales team member need to improve
? Set as an example
? On-job coaching and feedback
岗位要求:
Core Competencies:
? Bachelor or diploma degree
? 8 above Years’ field sales experience with FMCG or retail business background with at least 2 years in middle level above managerial capacity. prefer to FMCG /Retail /Toy/ Infant/baby industries
? Result driven
Business Acumen:
? Quick leaner to leverage sales experience added value for toy and games business
? Experienced in selling multi brands with high volume SKUs
? Ability to manage and develop distributors, wholesalers, retail stores as long term business partner
? Solid retail sell-out orientated mindset and management experience
Work Effectiveness:
? Proven track record in achieving sales objectives and driving the growth
? Highly developed selling, influencing and negotiation skills to achieve results (both internally and externally) - a will to drive business and able and willing to cold canvass business face-to-face and by telephone
Problem Analysis & Decision Making:
? Ability to sales data analysis
? Decision making base on solid data analysis and logical thinking
Personal Characteristics:
