Essential Functions/Responsibilities

? Responsible for the China Auto BU budgeting, planning and reporting of commercial, variable cost, EBITDA, and working capital KPIs.
? Provide strategic leadership of finance and operating mechanisms for China Region including performance management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
? Drive and support cash and profit optimization via proactive analysis and decision support
? Responsible for driving price performance across China along with Pacific pricing leader partnering with China business leader. Institutionalize price process excellence to ensure margin optimization with overall contracting & pricing guidelines.
? Ownership and delivery of financial commitments and results across P&L (including EBITDA, revenue growth, CM rates, cash generation, and return on capital).
? Ownership of Financial pro-forma for new PP assets coming online with Controllership of BU assets and ownership of financial statements.
? Drive product line and business profitability analysis, opportunity identification, and actions
? Partner China Business leader & Pacific Finance leader in identifying, evaluating and executing on key strategic projects for the BU (BD, investments, restructuring)
? Develop tools to improve transparency of inflation, price, margin and profitability dynamics, and to drive operational behavior and actions
? Drive effective credit Management practices performing risk assessments on customer accounts & driving optimal credit & collection processes.
? Establish effective partnerships with FP&A, Shared Financial Services, and other Business Unit China & Pacific Finance Leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements

? BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. MBA or CPA desirable
? Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience and/or with commercial experience.
? General understanding of IT systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and internal controls
? Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add-value to operating teams. Proven ability to influence at all levels in the organization
? Ability to deal with balance between supportive/steering activities and challenger role at team/business leader level
? Strong business acumen and operational mindset.
? Strong knowledge of P&L margin drivers.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
