职位描述：
General Objectives:

The successful candidate will responsible for business development, business results, personnel and operation management in Cisema Hangzhou (HZ) & Cisema Shenzhen (SZ). The business fields including global sourcing service, quality and supplier management. Supplier improvement.


Major Tasks & Activities:
- Establish Business development strategy and acquire potential customers for supplier development projects in China, including contacts with OEM customers
- Organize the necessary resources to execute the supplier development projects
- Lead the sourcing team to identify competitive suppliers and complete supplier profiles; issue the Requested for Quotation table (RFQ) after negotiate reasonable prices with suppliers; since competitive price level is a very critical issue for the success of sourcing projects this item will be rated relatively high
- Lead the QC/QA team to assure our quality control for running projects including in-line inspectional on demand and pre shipment inspection for all shipments maintaining the required time schedule and quality level of our clients and cooperate with suppliers closely in order to assure timely delivery of shipments.
- Discuss and agree Cisema HZ budget with Cisema management; Control cost of Cisema Hangzhou Ltd. and Cisema Shenzhen Ltd.;
- Monthly cost & budget report including controlling of external expenses e.g. traveling expense
- HR responsibility for staff discipline; adapting the HR structure;
- Control and assure actives and timely communication with Cisema DE; as the contact person for new topics and 1st level escalation for problems;
- Develop internal training program and arrange training sessions for sourcing and quantity control issues regularly;
- Project management e.g. Cisema - HZ&SZ - project status table and Cisema - HZ SZ HR capacity utilization table. Data management e.g. clearly structured filing system for documents as hardcopy in files and/or as softcopy on the shared server
- Support of Cisema HQ in Germany on demand e.g. for company presentations and references especially in new business fields
- Other office management like maintaining proper relations and dealings with all outside service providers such as banking, exportation, etc.
 
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanics or related engineering majors
- Proven successful experience in sales and business acquisition for complex projects (preferred in consulting business)
- Working experience in quality management and sourcing, preferable in a manufacturing environment, at least 2 years’ experience in management level
- Fluency in English for business coimmunication, CET6 / TEM4 or above, German is an advantage
- Experiences in import and export trading
- Familiar with TS16949 and knowledge in 5 tools, Six Sigma preferred
- Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills on an international basis and be able to work in a fast-paced environment 举报 分享
