职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
--Influence and implement strategic category direction, proactively set range direction
--Identify new business opportunities to drive innovation and/or commerciality
--Build full market understanding and drive the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames
--Identify relevant target market, product messaging and lead preparation of relevant marketing materials
--Make recommendation for pricing strategy and product inclusions
--Make recommendations for product follow up services
--Identify relevant marketing promotion partners
--Build and maintain a strong relationship with cross-functional teams and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process; ensure product excellence
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
--Ability to think creatively and out of the box, challenging status quo
--Ability to convert scientific and technical information into an interesting, easy to understand and engaging format
--Experience in a consumer marketing category
--Ability to follow up and execute on product ideas and campaigns
--Communication skill set, including effective negotiation
--Step up to conflicts, work towards a diplomatic solution
--Be open for change, support execution of change management
--Cooperate effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationships
--Basic leadership skills
--Work independently as well as part of a team
--Efficiently plan and prioritize daily work
--Advanced analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented
--Ability to travel
--Passion for genetic testing or baby health

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
--College degree, preferably in marketing/business
--Minimum of 5 years’ consumer Product Marketing experience
--Experience in baby health, health tech, sales or other innovative category is helpful
--Fluent in English
