职位描述：

1. Responsible for the marketing activities in the area of ??China.

2. According to the knowledge and forecast of the market to develop a sales budget for sales in each district and lead the sales team to complete the annual sales tasks.

3. Development of new markets and new sales channels.

4. Regularly organize sales meeting to communicate with team member on market information and sales strategy.

5. Provide training and coaching to sales team.

6. Frequently joint-visits with team members to customers and

7. Establish and maintain relationships with major distributors or customers.

8. Deliver the feedback customer trends and the latest market conditions to upper management.

9. Understand company EHS rules, communicate it, make sure the team understands and applied them.

1. 5-10 years sales experience on selling fluid management solutions or related products to Life Sciences, automotive, Aerospace or Chemical processing.

2. Have deep understanding on the product, and a full understanding of related fields.

3. Honed people skills with charismatic and persuasive traits.

4. Strong leadership skills, organizational skills and the ability to solve problems.

5. Have excellent language skills, good communication with different people.

6. Good skill of MS-Office.
